The end of the school year is quickly approaching and we are already making plans for
the next school year here at EEMS. This letter is to inform you that we will be accepting
teacher requests ELECTRONICALLY beginning April 19th, 2021 through April 29th, 2021.
For parents who wish to request a specific teacher for their child for the 2020-21 school
year, they must do so by accessing the Teacher Request Form on the EEMS Website which
can be accesssed at http://eems.gilesk12.org/. No teacher requests will be accepted after
April 29th. Pleae remember that NO TEACHER REQUEST IS GUARANTEED as many factors
must be considered when constructing class lists. No teacher requests will be accepted in
any form except for those made on the EEMS website. We thank you in advance for adhering to this process.
Starting school is an exciting event for children and their families and we look forward
to meeting you and your child! It is extremely important that you register your child so
that adequate school planning can be made.

Device Repair
With devices going to all students, we are
implementing some notification for repair
options for parents.
If the student is not full time virtual, they can
bring the device to school.
Parents or students can email devicerepair@gilesk12.net with
their student name and
device issue.
On each school web page is a form they can
complete for device repair.
Finally, they can call 540-239-4414. If no one answers, they will need to leave a
message with their student's name and device issue.
